About Us
Most businesses begin out of necessity. The owner of a successful
computer sales & service organization known Computer Technologies of
Dayton. The business was in operation for 12 years when the owner very
unexpectedly passed away. The business immediately closed. Many of
the customers kept calling the family asking what happened to the business, &
where could they have their computers repaired. It was at that point when
Brian Dean, a master of repair for 15 years and Larry Ditonto joined their
expertise and became partners. Thus the birth of D & D Design Computer
Sales & Service.
The success of D & D is total customer service. We offer free diagnosis
on every computer brought into our business. The full diagnosis is
explained to our customer along with the costs involved to repair it. The
customer has the decision to have it repaired or not. Our repair time in
most cases is 1-2 days.
There are many computer repair shops in the Dayton area. What sets us
apart from the others is our expert computer knowledge and our personal 1 on 1
customer service. We are not an over the counter repair facility we will
interact with each one of our customers personally. We will take the time
to make sure you understand the problem and possible solutions.
